In development · Next-generation FOT platform
alveoNeoname TBC
A handheld forced-oscillometry device with an on-device touchscreen, patient management and guided test control — oscillometry without a cart or a PC.
Availability, regulatory status and specifications TBC

What it does
Capabilities described in the system requirements specification. Performance figures are not yet defined.
Handheld, self-contained
A pistol-grip form factor with its own touchscreen, so the test happens at the patient rather than the patient coming to a cart.
On-device patient management
Register patients on the device, maintain a local patient database, and synchronise the patient list with the platform.
Guided FOT test control
Start and stop test functions with command-control, acquisition and packet creation handled on the device.
On-board DSP
Signal processing and FFT on the device, producing pressure, flow, resistance (Rrs), reactance (Xrs) and coherence.
Works online or standalone
Access-point and station network modes, so the device operates where there is no reliable connection and syncs later.
Device and provider registration
Registration flow binding the device to a provider, with first-boot setup and factory reset.
Result reporting
Final averaging and structured result output, ready for the connected platform.
How it fits the platform
alveoNeo is designed to join the same record every other alveofit device writes to.
FOT acquisition and on-device DSP, with patient context already on the device.
Review, grading and interpretation alongside spirometry and existing oscillometry results.
Population analytics, and ABDM-consented filing into the patient's ABHA record. See the platform
Specifications
The requirements specification does not yet define numeric performance limits. These must be supplied by engineering before publication.
